Penn Towers, located in downtown Greensburg, PA next to the City's historic train station, was originally built as the Penn Albert Hotel in 1923. It was converted to affordable housing for senior citizens and persons with disabilities in 1978, creating 97 unique apartments. The mezzanine level balcony over-looks the old Hotel lobby, now utilized as a community room for the residents. An alternate community room and central laundry facility is also available for use by the residents.
