July 2010 -From the outset, development of the East Resources’ office building in Cranberry Township has been a unique experience.  Crossgates has led a creative team in the design and implementation of this beautiful site and structure. 

Highmark, a premier healthcare provider in PA, has signed a lease at the Norman Centre II shopping center. At this location they will be selling health insurance products.  In addition, Highmark will be providing customer service, including informational and educational meetings concerning insurance products, healthy lifestyles, and wellness programs. We are excited to have them as a tenant and believe they will benefit from the location.

Central PA Office, Harrisburg, PA – April 2010 – Crossgates Management, Inc. (CMI) was hired by U-GRO Learning Centres to manage three of its day care facility locations totaling 30,000 square feet.  CMI manages the day-to-day maintenance needs as well as U-GRO's compliance with state inspection laws. 

CMI currently manages locations in York, Lancaster and Harrisburg.

Crossgates Inc. is pleased to announce that Carson Towers will be working with Mark Balceniuk to create a fitness and wellness program for the residents of Carson Towers.  

  Crossgates, in partnership with K&W Engineers and Consultants, will be hosting the 4^th Annual TecPort 5K Run/2K Walk on Saturday, June 19, 2010.  Proceeds from the event benefit the Gaudenzia Youth Center, a non-profit provider of drug and alcohol treatment, and the Woodside Family Center, a work release program for female offenders of Dauphin County.  Both of these social service agencies have facilities neighboring TecPort Business Center; neighbors helping neighbors to assist those struggling with life’s challenges.   Over the past three years in excess of $18,000 has been raised for these vital charitable organizations.  Once again, the event promises to be filled with fun, food and prizes. 

Piccola (R-Dauphin) cut the ribbon for PA Cyber’s new Harrisburg Support Center in the TecPort Business Center Dec. 2. The school moved into new, larger offices in response to enrollment growth. The center serves PA Cyber students in central Pennsylvania – about 800 of its nearly 9,000 students statewide.
