Sen. Piccola cuts ribbon for expanded PA Cyber Charter School Center, Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. – Dec. 4, 2009/PR Newswire/ - PA Cyber Charter School is a prime example of the educational innovation intended when the state charter school law was passed in 1997, said State Sen. Jeffrey E. Piccola.

 

Piccola (R-Dauphin) cut the ribbon for PA Cyber’s new Harrisburg Support Center in the TecPort Business Center Dec. 2. The school moved into new, larger offices in response to enrollment growth. The center serves PA Cyber students in central Pennsylvania – about 800 of its nearly 9,000 students statewide.

Crossgates, Inc. has structured a long term lease with Knowledge Learning Corporation, an international firm and the largest day care provider in the U.S. Our firm acted as the developer/consultant for private investors to provide this 10,000 square foot KinderCare facility in McMurray, PA. The building consists of classrooms for infants to preschool children and includes after school programs along with 2 outdoor playgrounds.
