Crossgates, Inc. developed and constructed the apartment complex located near the West Virginia University Campus.  Our services included planning, design, construction, and debt and equity financing.

The Chestnut Hill Apartment Complex included housing for approximately 70 to 100 students. The design provided for 200 units in a residential complex consisted of 20 townhouses, 7 garden buildings and 1 high-rise on an attractive 10 acre site.
