Crossgates, Inc. developed the Cranmoor condominium townhouses as a master planned community in McMurray, Pennsylvania.  We worked with Holsinger Architects to design a mixture of two, three and four bedroom units that featured a blend of unique features.  

Some had atriums to provide natural light and privacy.  Others had attached garages that created large patio areas for each owner.  In addition, the community included a clubhouse, pool, tennis facilities, walking trails and access to an adjacent lake.
