Arthur C. Schwotzer, founder and Chairman of Crossgates, passed on December 1, 2022, at the age of 96. 

Art founded Crossgates in 1958 and took the company from the early days of developing single family homes to the development of multi-family residential properties, hotels, nursing homes as well as commercial and industrial properties. He was the recipient of many awards.

He is greatly missed by his family, employees, and the real estate industry.
