Due to the national emergency, Crossgates Management, Inc. is working to protect our employees and residents by following recommendations from the CDC and health officials. 

We have increased frequency of disinfecting common areas and surfaces frequently touched, cancelled community events in common areas, and limited access to Rental Offices. 

We are also encouraging our residents to limit outside visitors to their properties as much as possible, and are limiting personal contact with vendors and contractors to only those essential to safety. 

We will continue to monitor the national and local situations and adjust our protocols accordingly.
