WEST SALEM TOWNSHIP — The V.E.T.S. Honor Guard in Venango County, based in Franklin, recently presented Lewis C. Griffin (center) with a plaque in recognition of his military service, his role in founding the Honor Guard and for being the most senior member of the Guard.
