Crossgates Management, Inc. took the opportunity of the 2018 PAHMA Fall Conference at Seven Springs to once again hold a training day for our site employees.  

For well over ten years we have held corporate training on the day prior to PAHMA’s annual conference.  This year all site managers and maintenance superintendents attended, as well as the entire home office property management staff, the residential accounting staff, and Arthur and Ryan Schwotzer.  

In addition to training on corporate policies and regulatory compliance, topics covered included “Understanding Mental Health Issues,” “Finding a Work/Life Balance,” and introduction of a new treatment for bed bugs.
