In late September 2018, three members of Crossgates Management, Inc.’s residential property management team (Lisa Buettner, Anthony Williams and Damian Winchel) attended a three day course offered by the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM), which focused on tax credits.  

During October 2018, each received their respective certification as a Tax Credit Specialist.
