Holiday Acres, a 150-unit rent-subsidized family property in Latrobe, PA, is gearing up for participation in the Summer Food Service Program for low income children. 

This will be the seventh year the site staff has worked with the Westmoreland County Food Bank and the USDA to provide hot lunches Mondays through Fridays while school is out, for children under age 18. 

The menu has multiple items chosen with an eye towards proper nutrition.  Jeff Stutzman, Site Manager at Holiday Acres, anticipates 30 participants for this years’ program.
